Wednesday 8-9:15pm - This class is a semi structured session, where our qualified coaches will work through basics and will put you through a tough conditioning set each week! The structured parts of the session are optional and there is 45 minutes of open gym time.
Friday 8-9:15pm - This class is an open session, with a coach on hand to support and give guidance.
Gymnasts will need to be 16yrs+ to attend our adults classes.
