Abingdon Gymnastics Club Information
Abingdon Gymnastics Club was formed in 1976. We are affiliated to the Oxfordshire Gymnastics Association, the South Region Gymnastics Assocaition and the British Gymnastics Association. We have been awarded the Sport England GymMark award which shows we are a safe, well run club and have recently become registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club.

Coaches
All our coaches are British Gymnastics qualified and have undergone an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
Committee
The Club has a written constitution and is presided over by a committee made up of coaches and parents which meets regularly. In line with the requirments for the GymMark award we have formal policies for Child Protection, Health and Safety, equal opportunities, Grievances.

Consitution
An AGM is held in May, to which all parents are invited, providing a forum for any problems or suggestions. However parents should feel free to raise issues for discussion at any time by contacting a member of the committee or our Welfare Officer (Ed Williams - Tel. 01865 556070).
