Adult Gymnastics Classes
On Tuesday 24th November we are starting adults gym sessions from 8-9.15pm on Tuesday evenings. These will be pay as you go and the cost will be £6.00 per session. We cater for total beginners through to ex-gymnasts who want to see what they can still do and classes are supervised by British Gymnastics qualified coaches.
Gymnastics is great for agility, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility - so why not come along and have a go!

Well done to everyone who took part in the club competition over the weekend. It was a great two days and lovely to see so many competitors.
